During my recent stay at Rydal, I was genuinely impressed by the hotel's attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction, exceeding my high expectations in several areas. Upon my arrival, I discovered that I had inadvertently left my headphones behind, and to my delight, the staff promptly returned them, demonstrating their exceptional service and care. The room was not only well-heated, providing a cozy atmosphere during my stay, but also featured a convenient electric kettle with an ample supply of tea and coffee, ensuring that I could relax with a warm beverage at any time. The addition of a comfortable sitting area and dining table made my experience even more enjoyable, allowing me to unwind and indulge in the serene surroundings. Rydal is a gem that I would highly recommend to anyone seeking a memorable stay.
